Our Services & Pricing

Bench / Labour Rate

Hourly Rate: $100

Need help getting your technology back on track? Technology issues can be frustrating, but you don’t have to tackle them alone. Our team offers friendly, knowledgeable support for computers, mobile devices, software, networking, and more. In-office service is billed based on the time spent resolving your issue, starting at just $25 + HST (15 minutes). We focus on clear communication, honest recommendations, and solutions you can trust.

 

Service Calls

Hourly Rate: $125

We come to you! Our on-site service visits for homes and businesses include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to get your technology running smoothly.

The service fee is $125 + HST for the first hour. Any additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate.

Please note: A travel fee may be added for appointments outside the Brockville area.

 

Remote Support

Hourly Rate: $100

Get professional tech support from the comfort of your home. Using a secure remote connection, we can access your computer to diagnose and resolve many common issues without the need for an in-home visit. Whether you need help with software problems, email setup, printer configuration, troubleshooting, virus and malware checks, or general computer questions, we can often provide a quick and convenient solution remotely. This service requires a working internet connection and your permission to access the device. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll recommend the next best course of action.

Hourly Rate: $100 + HST

Hourly Rate: $100

Local Password Reset- Computers

Rate: $50

Locked out of your computer? We can help regain access to your Windows PC or Apple Mac by performing a local password reset. This service is designed for situations where you know the computer belongs to you but can no longer access your account due to a forgotten password. We will verify ownership, reset the local account password, and ensure you can log back into your device. In most cases, your files, settings, and installed programs remain unchanged.

This service applies to local computer accounts only. Microsoft, Apple ID, and other online account password resets may require additional steps.

Cost: $50 +HST

Consultation Services

Hourly Rate: $100

Not sure which technology solution is right for you? We offer personalized consultations to help you evaluate your options, understand your choices, and make informed decisions. Whether you’re purchasing a new computer, upgrading existing equipment, choosing software, improving security, or troubleshooting ongoing technology challenges, we’ll provide expert guidance tailored to your needs.

Consultation services are billed at our standard rate of $100 per hour. Time is charged based on the length of the consultation, with rates prorated as needed.

Personlaized One-on-One Training (in-office)

Hourly Rate: $100

Get the help you need at your own pace with customized, in-office training sessions. Training is billed at $100 per hour + HST in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time you use. For example, a 30-minute session costs just $50.

Complete Migration (Image of Your Previous Device)

Rate: $159.99

Transfer your entire digital environment from one computer to another with minimal disruption. This image-based migration moves your programs, settings, user accounts, and data to your new computer, preserving the look, feel, and functionality of your existing system.

For this service, the source computer must be intact, operational, and able to boot normally. In most cases, the migration can be completed without reinstalling software or reconfiguring settings, making the transition to your new computer seamless and hassle-free.

Requirements: Source computer must be functional and bootable.
Includes: Programs, settings, user profiles, documents, photos, email, and other personal data. Also include 20 minutes of consultation time upon pick up to answer any questions (additional time is an added charge)

Computer Migration- Total File Transfer

Rate: $125.99

If your old computer cannot be fully imaged but your files are still accessible, or if you are looking for a fresh installation but want to move your data over, this service is a great option for you.
We will transfer your documents, photos, videos, and other personal files, move your browser bookmarks and favorites, and set up your new computer with many of the same programs you used on your previous system. We will also install common Windows applications and reinstall compatible programs that are available online to help make your new computer feel familiar and ready to use.
Includes: Documents, photos, videos, bookmarks, web browsers, commonly used Windows programs, and 20 minutes of consultation time upon pickup to review your new setup and answer any questions. (additional time is an added charge)
Not Included: Specialized, licensed, or legacy software requiring custom installation or configuration is not included and may be subject to additional charges.
